THIS CONTRACT PROVIDES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SR 14, BY CONSTRUCTING A NOISE BARRIER WALL, CONSTRUCTING CONCRETE BARRIER, FURNISHING AND INSTALLING OVERHEAD SIGN STRUCTURES, PAVING, LANDSCAPING, DRAINAGE, STORM SEWER, ITELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM (ITS), TRAFFIC CONTROL, AND OTHER WORK.

Contract time shall begin on the first working day the Contractor starts onsite work or *** Monday, October 3, 2022 ***, whichever occurs first.

The work shall be substantially completed: 400 working days from Project Start Date. 

Wages are Prevailing Wages.
