PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Work includes new 120 foot diameter Secondary Clarifier 5, demolition of
Secondary Clarifier 2, new Aeration Basin 7, new aeration blower 8, new RAS
Pumps, significant yard piping and electrical improvements to serve existing and
new facilities and equipment.

ESTIMATED VALUE: $14.2 - $18.2 million

WAGE REQUIREMENTS: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will
be required.

PRICING REQUIREMENTS: The Bid Form includes one (1) Bid Item.
