Contract description: The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office (AGENCY), acting as a fiscal agent on behalf of the Washington State Office of Chehalis Basin (OCB), is issuing this Request for Qualifications to provide design and construction administration services to support twelve (12) residential elevation and floodproofing projects for the Community Flood Assistance and Resilience (CFAR)
