Building construction includes, cast in place concrete, wood framing system,
foundation waterproofing, building insulation, sheet metal flashing and trim, new
roofing systems, steel doors and frames, sectional overhead, specially fabricated
doors, door hardware, glass, painting, HVAC, and plumbing systems, electrical
power, lighting and communication systems. Site construction includes site clearing,
water, and electric services, grading, drainage control, site and bldg excavation and
backfilling, concrete paving and other site improvements.
