Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned
Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFP is to solicit proposals for qualified consultants to
develop and conduct travel surveys to assess transportation mode split. The surveys
shall provide mode split data for employees and residents in the City of Kirkland overall
and two subareas – Downtown Kirkland and the Totem Lake Urban Center.
