The RPF seeks assistance in producing an updaetd Puget Sound Ecosystem Monitoring Program (PSEMP) Strategic Plan for the upcoming four (4) year period of 2023-2026. the novel plan should cooabloratively engage the Salish Sea ecosystem recovery community, seek guidance from the 2022-2026 Action Agenda and center equity, inclusion, environmental justice, and tribal priorties.
