The RFP seeks assistance in producing an updated Puget Sound Ecosystem Monitoring Program (PSEMP) Strategic Plan for the upcoming four (4)-year period of 2023-2026. The novel plan should collaboratively engage the Salish Sea ecosystem recovery community, seek guidance from the 2022-2026 Action Agenda and center equity, inclusion, environmental justice, and tribal priorities.
