The Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from firms interested in providing the services of a Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC), which has experience and expertise to audit all Apple Health (AH) providers to identify Credit Balances not reimbursed to HCA.
