INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUALIFICATIONS  
Opportunity Council Cordata Phase 1 and 2 Apartments  
Proposal Due Date: October 14th, 2022 at 5:00 PM  

Proposals will be received from qualified general contractors by Opportunity Council to provide preconstruction services and negotiate a construction contract for the new construction of two mixed use buildings to be located on Cordata Parkway in Bellingham WA. The Cordata Phase 1 and 2 will include approximately 60 units per phase, a child care center and surface parking.  

This project will be funded in part by State and City funds and will be subject to State residential prevailing wage rates, as well as other public funding requirements. Prior experience with administering prevailing wages is required.
