Sammamish Plateau Water RFP for ESA related compliance
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Proposals are due by 5:00 PM, November 3, 2022
Sammamish Plateau Water (SP Water or Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional assessments and documentation of conformance and compliance with the Endangered Species Act (ESA), the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA) and, the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act (B&GEPA).

Sammamish Plateau Water utilizes the Shared Procurement Portal (SPP), for its Consultant Roster and for procurement of services (www.sharedprocurementportal.com). Consultants, also known as Vendors on SPP, interested in submitting a Proposal will need to be registered with Public Purchase and Sammamish Plateau Water on the SPP website. While SPP has two type of registrations; Free, and a paid Bid Syndicate that offers more opportunities, SP Water only requires a Free Registration.
