Project Description

Construction of a new 4-story, 56 unit senior apartment building with associated common areas, 5,100 SF childcare center, parking, open space and site work.

Wage Rate Requirements

Bidders shall assume private market wages for the apartment section of the building and commercial prevailing wage rates for the childcare section of the building.  See drawings A2.02B and A207.A for clarification of the building areas.
