Construction of a new 4-story, 56 unit senior apartment building with associated common areas, 5,100 SF childcare center, parking, open space and site work.

Wage Rate Requirements

Bidders shall assume the equivalent of residential prevailing wage rates.  If the trades associated with bidder’s scope of work do not have a residential prevailing wage rate listed, bidder shall assume private market wages.
