Pursuant to RCW 39.26. DOL on behalf of the State of Washington, issued Competitive Solicitation No. K7731 dated October 31, 2022, seeking competitive bids to evaluate and, as appropriate, award a single contract for durable paper. Per Substitute House Bill 1790 –Addressing the creation, display, and material durability of temporary license plates. DOL is tasked with finding a durable paper that is weather resistance and durable for 120 days that can be mounted to vehicles in a similar way to the permanent plates.
