PROJECT DESCRIPTION: |
This project includes the repair of railings and the removal of selected steel doors on historic fortification structures located throughout Fort Casey Historical State Park. All work must adhere to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. The governing standard for this project is “Preservation.” |

Bidder Responsibility will be evaluated for this project. In determining bidder responsibility, the Owner shall consider an overall accounting of the criteria set forth in Division 00 – Instructions To Bidders. Please direct questions regarding this subject to the office of the Engineer.
