Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Design-Build Services
General: The University of Washington (University or UW) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design-build teams (which may include joint ventures) to design and construct the Anderson Hall Renovation.
Project Description: The primary scope obtain is the renovation of Anderson Hall, a 35,900 (GSF), four story concrete building clad in brick and cast stone that houses the College of the Environment’s School of Environmental and Forest Sciences. It is a historically significant building exemplifying the Collegiate Gothic style that defines the University of Washington’s Seattle campus. The project budget is $40,800,000.00. The target budget for all work to be provided under the design-build contract is $28,000,000.00.
