Clark County Public Health (CCPH) is seeking at-home self-collected test kits and lab services for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis C, and HIV. 

Contractors must meet these minimum qualifications:

• Provide at-home, self-collected 3-site (extragenital) Chlamydia and Gonorrhea test kits and testing that Clark County Public Health (CCPH) can obtain access to.
• Provide at-home, self-collected HIV test kits and testing that CCPH can obtain access to.
• Provide at-home, self-collected HCV (Hepatitis C) test kits and testing that CCPH can obtain access to.
• Offer customizable kitting.
• Utilize CLIA/CAP Certified lab.
• Report positive lab results to the local health jurisdiction per WAC 246-101-201 (notifiable conditions and laboratories).
• Offer electronic access for CCPH to view lab results.
