Project Description: The Project consists of construction of a new 1,750 S.F. two-story, wood-framed retail farm produce building with office on second floor. Farm Stand Building site work includes new below grade stormwater infrastructure, new paving and new landscaping. Project includes construction of approximately 875 linear feet of raised boardwalk and bridges to enhance trails connections in the Mercer Slough. Landscape includes removal of existing vegetation (protecting existing trees as habitat features), restoration planting, site restoration and cleanup.
Estimated Value: $2,959,325.60 to $4,069,072.70
