The Northshore School District (NSD) will be accepting statements of qualifications from capable General Contractor/Construction Manager (“GC/CM”) firms or teams for the development and construction of the Northshore School District’s Leota Middle School Replacement – Phase 1 project located in Woodinville, Washington. The School District intends to award this Contract utilizing a competitive negotiation process authorized by RCW 39.10.
