PROJECT DESCRIPTION: |
This project will log and remove trees in order to construct an access road and grade the top of a ridge to create usable space for the new maintenance facility. Water, phone, and electrical utilities will be trenched from below up to the new shop location. The new shop will include 3 bays along with office spaces bathroom and upper mezzanine. A septic system will be construction to handle shop sewer. Propose supplies and a fuel shed, with relocated fuel storage tank will be constructed, along with a dumpster pad. This project includes 3 bid alternates. |
