Lakehaven Water and Sewer District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested engineering firms capable of providing engineering consulting services, either in-house or by subconsultant, for an update to the District's 2016 Water System Comprehensive Plan.

The provided information will include submittal requirements, evaluation criteria, and the District's standard form of professional services agreement.  A packet must be requested no later than 2:00 p.m., Local Time, Thursday, March 16, 2023.  Complete proposals must be received by the District no later than 10:00 a.m., Local Time, Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
