INVITATION FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by Thurston PUD (District), located at 1230 Ruddell Rd. SE, Lacey, WA 98503 until 3 p.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2023, for the general contract for replacing approximately 4,000 linear feet of 2-inch PVC mainline and 200 linear feet of 4-inch PVC mainline, along with a propane backup generator, 15 single service connections, and valves and appurtenances as noted in the scope of work.
Contractors may obtain the contract documents by requesting them from the District at doug.piehl@thurstonpud.org at no cost.
The District shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
All applicants must have a DUNS number to submit a bid including subs. The District is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. Small, Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit bids. All work performed on the project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates.

This project is funded through the Washington State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program with federal funds from the Environmental Protection Agency. DWSRF requirements and provisions must be met by Washington State licensed general contractors and all subcontractors.
Optional Pre-bid conferences will be held at 2 pm on Monday March 20th. Location will be the Glen Alder pumphouse located at 6249 Swayne DR NE, Olympia, WA 98516.
