Each Proposal (including all required attachments) shall be submitted to Pierce County by one of the following methods:
1. Electronically upload Bid Documents via https://www.piercecountywa.gov/CurrentSolicitations. Instructions for submitting Bid Documents are located under “Project Details”. This is the preferred method.
2. Deliver hard copy Bid Documents in a sealed envelope, with the Project Name and Project Number as stated in the Call for Bids clearly marked on the outside of the envelope, or as otherwise required in the Bid Documents, to ensure proper handling and delivery. Deliver to:

Description of Work:
This contract provides for the improvement of:
Group 1 – Tule Lake Road South from Spanaway Loop Road South to Ainsworth Avenue South
This work will remove and reconstruct existing non-compliant curb ramps and construct new curb ramps where none currently exist at the following locations:
Tule Lake Road South and Spanaway Loop Road South Intersection
Tule Lake Road South and Ainsworth Avenue South Intersection
This work will also include reconstructing portions of existing non-compliant cement concrete sidewalk on the north and south sides of Tule Lake Road South, reconstructing the asphalt concrete traffic island at the southeast corner of Tule Lake Road South and Spanaway Loop Road South intersection, and modifications to the existing traffic signal system.
Group 2 – 136th Street East from 99th Avenue Court East to 103rd Avenue East
This work will remove and reconstruct existing non-compliant curb ramps and reconstruct portions of existing non-compliant cement concrete sidewalk on the north side of 136th Street East. This work will also include removing and existing driveway approach that is not in use and reconstructing cement concrete sidewalk with cement concrete traffic curb and gutter, and other work in accordance with and as described in the Plans and Specifications.
