REQUEST FOR BID RESPONSES: 123-511 Signs and Decals for State Parks - Convenience Use Contract

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: State Parks seeks for qualified suppliers of customized signs and decals. Selected contractors will work within agreed-on parameters for multiple requests to provide customized signs and decals as necessary and seen fit by a State Parks representative in Washington State Parks.
This competition will lead to one or more contracts.

As a very high overview, WSPRC needs:
• Fabricate in-park and traffic signs that meet State Park and MUTCD specifications, in multiple materials.
• Develop and maintain an online ordering system for individual parks to directly order core signage, as identified by program staff.
• Work with program staff for ordering process for unique sign requests to allow additional state parks oversight of requested signs.
• Provide graphic design based on specifications and/or drawings supplied; make requested modifications to designs through review process.
• Other signs, products, or services may be added after contracts execution via mutual negotiation of WSPRC and the contractor.

EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: The contract period will be for up to ten years, but within the duration the contract may be segmented into specific terms. 

BIDDER ELIGIBILITY: This procurement is open to those Bidders that satisfy the minimum qualifications stated herein and that are available for work in Washington State.
