Pre-Proposal: Meeting 1 pm, April 6, 2023 via Zoom.

Scope: Renovation of approximately 191,000 square feet across the main campus located in the City of Olympia. A total of six buildings will receive tenant improvements including space re-configuration, associated MEP adjustments, and upgrade and modernization of finishes. The renovations which are between 10,000 and 60,000 SF per building will involve complex logistics between build out and move of various court departments.
