This Competitive Solicitation is in order to assist the Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) in seeking qualified Contractor(s) to provide basic and advanced Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) training and consultation for DCYF JR Clinicians, staff and partners in Fiscal Years 2024 and 2025. This training will build greater DBT capability and improving mental health outcomes in JR Institutions and Community Facilities. It will assist in enabling DCYF JR to increase the amount of fidelity DBT treatment provided by training individuals and teams of DBT Specialists in DBT theory and practice. This will also enable DBT Specialists to provide clinical leadership to all program staff with expert guidance and consultation.
