Port of Bellingham - Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF) Equipment
The Port is issuing this ITB for fourteen (14) sets of ARFF personnel structural turnout gear (jacket and pants), six (6) Open Circuit Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus for Emergency Services (SCBA), fourteen (14) SCBA masks, twelve (12) SCBA air cylinders, and a quantitative Respirator Fit Test machine to be used by Aircraft Rescue Firefighting personnel. Equipment must meet standards set forth in NFPA 1971, NFPA 1981, and FAA Advisory Circular 150/5210-14B. Bids must be sealed and will be accepted until 1:00 PM, local time, on April 27, 2023. The official time shall be taken from the designated clock at the Administrative Offices. Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. Bids must be sent or delivered to:

Any decisions by the Port including canceling the ITB shall be final, with no recourse for a claim of recovery of time, material, and costs that proposers may have accrued in the preparation of bids or in conducting due diligence. The Port reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Information provided in bids is subject to public disclosure laws and should be considered to be public information. It is incumbent upon the respondents to independently confirm the accuracy of all information contained within this ITB.
