Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned
Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This RFQ is to solicit qualifications for consulting
services to develop a Master Plan that explores upgrades to the Maintenance Center to
address the current operational needs and future expected growth.
