Libraries of Stevens County Request for
Qualifications to Furnish Professional Services
Libraries of Stevens County is requesting a statement of qualifications from experienced architectural, engineering and project management firms to perform a scope of services that includes owner representation, project and grant management, design, bid documents, SEPA/NEPA environmental review and construction management.
Libraries of Stevens County is seeking firm(s) with recent experience in library design and construction in eastern Washington and the ability to assemble a team to oversee the Loon Lake Library building project through the entire process.
The objective of this RFQ is to provide sufficient information to enable qualified firms to submit a written Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), in accordance with RCW 39.80, demonstrating experience in Owner Representative and Construction Management Services.

Firms desiring consideration shall submit a complete qualification package and any other pertinent data to further assist the selection committee in evaluating the firm’s qualification to: Becca Moore. Qualification packages shall be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 1, 2023 in accordance with the RFQ instructions.
This project is partially funded through the Department of Commerce Library Capital Improvement Program and the Washington State Community Development Block Grant Program with federal funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
