The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced designers and contractor teams to perform (progressive) design-build services for the redevelopment of the County’s public works operations facility site located at 1303 N Cedar Street, Spokane WA.

Additionally, minority and women owned business enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals in response to this invitation.
