ESTIMATED VALUE:  $725,000

CONTRACT DURATION:  Substantial completion by January 5, 2024.  Final completion by February 5, 2023.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  Replacement of two base-mounted pumps, two in-line pumps, and boiler room hydronic accessories, replacement of valve assemblies (including control valves) at all existing heating coils (HC-#), refurbishment of four return fans, and various Division 25 control upgrades.
 

WAGE REQUIREMENTS:  This project is subject WA State L&I prevailing wage rates.  Certified payroll will be required.
