NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received by Kitsap Transit NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. May 17, 2023 and must be addressed as:

IFB KT #23-831 Southworth Ferry Terminal Parking Lot & Ramp Construction

The Work consists of constructing a new entrance ramp from SE Southworth Drive to the lower Southworth parking lot located at 11311 SE Southworth Drive, Port Orchard, WA 98366. Work will include constructing a ramp, curb removal, grading, signage, paving, and parking lot re-striping. Additional tasking will include adding pedestrian pathways and a secondary entrance to the upper parking lot. The contractor will be responsible for following construction management support and design specifications provided by KT and other participating parties. Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, Drawings, and Standard Specifications are attached.
