The Port plans to advertise a contract in Q3 2023. This project includes completely renovating the existing Seattle Ship Supply Building at Fishermen’s Terminal to house the approximately 15,000 square feet Maritime Innovation Center.

The Port of Seattle is conducting an information session for interested contractors to present the draft scope and requirements associated with the project, as well as individual one-on-one meetings with interested Contractors for contractors to express/provide concerns or recommendations. More Information
