WSP-CIA-009 Criminal Intelligence Analyst - Specializing in Human Trafficking

  • Purpose

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications and Quotations (RFQQ) is to solicit proposals from Bidders who can provide a Criminal Intelligence Analyst to provide services to the state and local governments specializing in Human Trafficking and child sexual exploitation investigations and prosecutions in the 2023-25 biennium. The analyst would be assigned to the Washington State Fusion Center (WSFC) in Seattle and work with state, county, local governments; Washington State Patrol investigative staff; federal partners; and critical infrastructure/key resource partners as identified by the WSFC.

  • Background

The WSFC is housed at the Seattle Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).  The WSFC supports the public safety and homeland security missions of federal, state, local and tribal agencies, and private sector by; detecting, deterring, and preventing terrorist attacks and significant criminal activity, performing threat assessments and information management services, including protecting critical infrastructures and key resources, and providing all-hazards support in preparation, planning, and recovery efforts. The WSFC is part of a nationwide network of fusion centers charged with ensuring suspicious activity and threats to the homeland are shared among all partners.
