NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by Purchasing at their office in the Administrative Services Finance Department on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503 Bellingham WA 98225 for purchase of the following:

Collection Agency Services

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, June 27, 2023

At which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened live via GoToMeeting, and the names of the submitters read aloud. Any interested people are invited to attend the live proposal opening via GoToMeeting. Late proposals will not be considered. Responses submitted electronically will not be considered.

The Whatcom County Treasurer's Office is seeking proposals from professional collection service agencies to provide collection agency services and to facilitate payments on delinquent accounts owed to the County, as further described in the RFP document.
