Project Description:   The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the Carnation Community Space and all related work, all in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, Project Manual, and Addenda (if any). Specific work includes, but is not limited to, a 3,990 SF community space including community room / council chambers, kitchen and municipal offices.
