Description of Work: Construction of a new facility that includes construction of a Household Hazardous Waste Collection facility- 9,500 SF tilt up concrete structure with structural steel roofing and light gauge stud infill framing, hydronic heating. Space includes storage, offices, restrooms, containment tank, loading dock and sorting areas. A Road Operations Facility bldg. of 17,900 SF tilt-up concrete structure with steel roofing, light gauge stud infill framing, hydronic heating, and photo-voltaic system, comprised of offices, storage, locker and washroom areas, and vehicle and equipment maintenance area. Scope includes a generator ,covered parking, vehicle wash bay area, fueling stations, EV charging stations and site work.

This project has prevailing wage rate requirements.
