Mercy Angle Lake Family Housing

The Mercy Angle Lake Family Housing Project is a 7-story mixed use building with 130 apartments, office space and accessory parking.  There are 7 stories above ground and 1 story below ground.  Construction types are Type V-A and Type I-A.  The Arc of King County will occupy the Commercial Space TI on the 1st Floor.  The Non-Profit Office TI (Room 120) will not be included in this bid but will be bid during the construction of the Core and Shell.

  1. SCHEDULE: The project is scheduled to commence in Fall 2023 with an anticipated construction duration of 18 months.  See project schedule on Builder’s Exchange for more details.
  2. BID SCOPES: Bids are requested for all scopes EXCEPT:  Shoring, Electrical/Low-Volt, Mechanical, HVAC, Sprinkler, and Elevator.  See Bid Packages posted on Builder’s Exchange for more details. 
  3. BID SUBMISSION:  All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Form with pertinent Bid Packages attached. 
  4.
