Request for Qualifications / Proposals for Consultant Services for Professional Cultural and Historical Monitoring Plan.

The work to be performed by Consultant is the development of a Monitoring Plan regarding Cultural and Historical Materials for the Adams County, Washington Sate Broadband Office Project. The Broadband Project is county wide project with work being done in the City of Ritzville, Town of Lind, and City of Othello and its surrounding area.
