The Port of Garfield is seeking proposals for a Cultural Resources Plan from interested parties for its proposed Fiber-to-the-Premise Network in Pataha and Pomeroy, Washington:
1. Conduct a WISAARD review of the entire project
2. Prepare a Monitoring Plan for the project that is informed by the WISAARD review
