REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO SCHOOLS.

The Oak Harbor School District (OHSD) is seeking a statement of qualifications from qualified and interested firms or individuals capable of providing Program Management (PM) services and Construction Management (CM) services associated with the planning and construction of two schools. The new schools will replace Crescent Harbor Elementary School and the Hand-in-Hand Early Learning Center/HomeConnection School.

Interested firms/individuals may request a complete RFQ package in person at Oak Harbor Public Schools, 350 S. Oak Harbor Street, Oak Harbor, WA 98277, or contact Katey Andrews at kandrews@ohsd.net

Firms/individuals desiring consideration shall submit a complete qualification package to assist the District in evaluating their qualifications no later than 3:00 P.M. PDT, on August 11, 2023.
