Olympic Region Clean Air Agency (ORCAA) plans to purchase a new vehicle for general agency use. While the agency has interest in zero emission electric vehicles (EV), the nature of ORCAA’s jurisdiction – 8,000 square miles encompassing six counties – and the lack of adequate charging infrastructure through the full jurisdiction makes the purchase of a full EV impractical at this time. Instead, after detailed market resource, ORCAA is seeking bids on a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. The bids will meet or exceed all specifications listed above. The bid award shall be based upon and awarded to the lowest responsible bidder that includes the required specifications. The bid should include above specifications, warranty information and available delivery date.

ORCAA reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with prescribed procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon findings if it is in the public interest to do so.
