Lakehaven Water and Sewer District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested engineering firms capable of providing water engineering services, either in-house or by subconsultant, for an estimated three-year period ending December 31, 2026.  Details concerning this request for SOQ may be obtained by contacting the District's Purchasing Manager, as follows:

The provided information will include submittal requirements, evaluation criteria, and the District's standard form of professional services agreement.  A packet must be requested no later than 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, August 24, 2023.  In order to be considered, a complete proposal must be received by the District no later than 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, August 30, 2023.  

District selection, if any, of a water engineering services consultant will be made in accordance with RCW 39.80 and based on the District's evaluation of complete proposals, together with additional information and/or an interview as may be requested by the District.
