Title: Charter School Commission Strategic Plan Facilitation & Development

Description: The Washington State Charter School Commission (CSC) is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified strategic planning consultants with an equity lens to guide, facilitate, and support development of a strategic visioning and planning process. CSC seeks a consultant who has demonstrated experience in developing strategic plans for small state agencies or other government agencies through a participatory process inclusive of internal and external partners. The plan must center the diverse communities representing students we serve, especially students who have been historically underserved, and relevant to the agency’s the role of regulator and authorizer of public charter schools across the state.
