Description: The project entails an addition of two new vehicle service bays and a new physical fitness room to the existing FMS Building.  The construction will include a demolition phase and a construction phase.

We are seeking quotes for all scopes for the subject project.

We are preparing a bid for the above referenced project as a General Contractor and are interested in receiving a quote from your firm.

If you are an MBE/WBE/DVA Certified Businees/Certified Small Business company, please provide your certification letter with your proposal. For all bidders not qualifying as an MBE/WBE/DVA Certified Businees/Certified Small Business, please indicate all lower-tier participation on your quotation as it will be evaluated with your price. In order to assist MBE/WBE/DVA Certified Businees/Certified Small Business subcontractors and suppliers, we will divide total requirements into smaller packages, tasks or quantities & establish delivery & construction schedules; at each subcontractors request, which will permit maximum participation when feasible.  MBE/WBE must be certified by office of OMWBE.  DVA Certified business must be certified through DVA.  Small Business must be certified through WEBS.

Subcontractors will be required to obtain the insurance required by the Prime Contract.
