The Washington State Office of Financial Management (OFM) is initiating this Request for Qualifications and Quotes (RFQQ) on behalf of the Office of Independent Investigations (OII) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors who install emergency and technical equipment for law enforcement vehicles.

This RFQQ is for labor/installation services only. The Agency is acquired the vehicles and desired equipment separately.
