Description of Work: This project will replace existing lighting, fire life safety systems, and make other associated improvements in the S 188th street tunnel. Including electrical, communication, lighting, signage, CCTV cameras, ventilation fans, emergency backup power, air monitoring, fire detection, fire alarms, and traffic control. Subcontractor/supplier opportunities include (but not limited to): Traffic control, earthwork, paving, utilities, landscaping, demolition, structural concrete, precast concrete, concrete repairs, structural steel, waterproofing, roofing, joint sealants, doors, frames & hardware, painting, signage, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, communications, and fire alarms.
