Renovation to be approximately 15,693 GSF of combined maritime related research and development space. The Maritime Innovation Center Project is located within the shoreline environment and is subject to urban maritime land use requirements. Project is designed to achieve International Living Futures Institute (ILFI) Living Building Challenge (LBC) certification.
