The Port of Whitman County (Port) requests proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide professional engineering and environmental services to assist the Port with a proposed industrial development in Tekoa, Washington. The project will consist of designing the necessary roads, utilities, and grading will be required to ensure pad-ready building sites and utilization of the existing buildings where possible. Project will be designed as one phase, but plans should incorporate a low-impact phasing scheme. All design and approvals shall meet Whitman County and State of Washington codes and standards. The primary deliverable is a “shovel-ready” project that incorporates all the necessary engineering and environmental components.
