Budget for Contract: Not to Exceed $280,000 Annually

The City of Sammamish is soliciting proposals to contract for Parks Landscape Maintenance Services.  The selected vendor will be expected to perform duties to include but not limited to: lawn care; line trimming; edging; maintenance of bed areas and tree wells; weeds, disease, and pest control; hard surface maintenance; invasive control; brush control and removal; and leaf removal.

Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, October 13 via email to Mike Keller, Project Manager, at mkeller@sammamish.us .

Answers will be posted on the City’s website at the same location as the RFP document, listed above.  Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City.

A mandatory site visit will take place at 9:00 AM on Thursday, October 5 beginning at Beaver Lake Ballfields, 2526 244th Ave SE, Sammamish.

Sealed Bids must be submitted via mail or hand-delivery to Sammamish City Hall, 801 228th Ave SE, Sammamish, no later than Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 2:00 PM. A public opening of the bids will take place in Sammamish City Hall Council Chambers immediately following the bid deadline. Bidders are welcome to attend.
