Budget for Contract: Not to Exceed $77,250 Annually

The City of Sammamish is soliciting bids to contract for HVAC Maintenance and On-Call Repair Services.  The selected vendor will be expected to perform duties to include but not limited to: Maintenance, inspection and repair of fans, controls, heat, condensers, boilers, compressors, chiller, refrigerant circuit, and evaporator of the HVAC Systems as well as chemical water treatment maintenance – loop system monitoring.

Questions concerning this ITB must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM on Tuesday, October 24 via email to Colleen Rupke, Contract Administrator, at crupke@sammamish.us .

Answers will be posted on the City’s website at the same location as the ITB document, listed above.  Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City.

A mandatory site visit will take place at 9:00 AM on Thursday, October 19 beginning at the Sammamish Maintenance & Operations Center, 1801 244th Ave NE, Sammamish.

Proposals will be accepted via email to Colleen Rupke, Contract Administrator, at crupke@sammamish.us , no later than Friday, October 27, 2023, at 3:00 PM.
